I integrate specific therapies such as Solution Oriented therapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis, NLP and Meridian Based Energy Work (Attractor Field Therapy and Thought Field Therapy) within a holistic and psycho-spiritual framework. It is important to balance the need for change and growth with the need for acceptance and love as imperfect beings. We can work in brief or longer term formats in either a therapy or coaching style depending on your needs.
When working with couples I integrate the Mars - Venus Approach with extensive training in family and couples therapy.
Treatment plans are always discussed. Clients are encouraged to be fully involved in defining their own goals and the level of intervention with which they are comfortable.
Confidentiality is always maintained.
